Overdue service and no feedback from store

One phone was handed in for minor repairs (Blackberry scroller to be replaced) with promises of new wonderfull system with constant feedback via sms on progress of repairs. Phone was handed in on Monday 8th July 2013 - now, more than a month later - no feedback. I went to the store on 10 Aug - no feedback. I could have taken the phone to the locla Pakistani shop and have it fixed within 20 minutes!!!
Other phone was reported to the dealer (10 Aug) - would have given me feedback within 3 days - still waiting!!!
