Why say out of bundle data is 15c if its 99c

Not nice guys. All over the website it tells you out of bundle rates are 15c/mb. Heaven help you if you exceed your allowance (on contract) in a given month. You get slapped with a fat bill running at 99c/mb. Not what I expect from CellC. Doeas appear like you have taken a page from the MTN playbook.
