I went onto your website yesterday to upgrade my contract to get a new handset - Samsung Galaxy SIII. I clicked on the link "upgrade now". This morning a staff member called me to confirm that I wanted to upgrade to a S4 - I told her no, its the SIII. She could not find what I wanted - she said she could only find an option on the Anytime 200 topup, which is the incorrect option as the link I clicked was for the Anytime 200 (not top-up!).
Surely, the link I clicked on should have appeared on your side as the SIII and as Top-Up200! I am highly irritated as I did not want to have to go in-store, I wanted it done on the web and delivered to me. The link to the correct upgrade is [URL Removed] - 1st page at the bottom. Can somebody please sort this out for me. I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and I am now highly irritated!
