I am due for an upgrade on 2 voice contracts and another voice and data contract soon. I registered to be notified when the Note 3 was launched yet received no notification and it's now available!

I then went online to check my balances today and received a notification screen saying i'm due for an update, one of which was the Note 3 on a Smart XL package based on my usage.

I clicked the link only to be told I dont qualify for this deal???

Time to port! your data allowances are miniscule anyways
