After lots of issues with the Zevenwacht branch, I received EXCELLENt service from Michelle (I think that was her name). She was so helpful and explained everything I needed to know about moving from top up to minutes and how and when the billing will take place (and she has to do this a few times as I took a bit long to get it lol). thanks!!!
