6 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO SOLUTION OR INFO!!!

IT HAS NOW BEEN 6 MONTHS since I reported that my there was issues with my line. Initially the tickets were just closed with out the problem being resolved. Now they are just being ignored. I have a 4Mbps line of which between the hours of 16h00 - 01:00 I only receive 0.2 Mbps if I am lucky. I have been told that the D-SLAM can't handle all the connections and that it was going to be updated in the month. This was in APRIL!!!
What the is going on and when will it be fixed???
Can some please sort this out as 6 Months is not acceptable in any industry!!!
