Terrible service

The Richards bay branch mtn shop in the board walk have no idea what they are doing i have 4 contracts with mtn and will neva take out another contract with mtn again your service is terrible. i have taken my blackberry into ur shop 5 times in the last year and the software keeps boming out on the phone every 3months and the incompatince of the staff at richards bays branch has convinced me to neva eva take out a contract with u guys eva again. ur service is pathetic!! Everytime i take the phone in and say what the problem is the same thing happens they send the phone away for 2 to 3 weeks and comes back and bombs out again 3 months later so i dont know why i even pay u to keep my phone every 3 months!!! is this what u call good service??? Does ur manger take his phone in every 3 months and loose all his contents on his phone??? and pay monthly for it?
