Eceived my phone but no sim card

I was due for an upgrade.. i was contacted by Cell C direct and was offered a variety of phones that was on the 05/08/2013. I received the phone on the 06/08/2013 but no sim card. Upon receiving the phone i contacted cell c and i was told that they would send me one. Today is the 14/08/2013 and i'm still awaiting for the delivery and i will be billed for the whole month even if i'm without a phone that is functional. Truly disappointed with the service
