I refer to 2 previous posts on the same theme:

On both counts the Supplier response is "resolved". Utter nonsense! I remain unchanged in my belief that I was recommended a service which did not work, and while Vodacom tried to terminate the service (volentary call limit), they ALSO amended the T&C's (by their own admition! That I was unaware of these instances should not become my cost!
The fact still remains that I traveled abroad under the illusion - as per THEIR recommendation - that I was in control of my billing, yet received an above-VCL invoice!
I have been a customer (THE SAME NUMBER) since 1998, and in the last 4.5 years I have spent R168 421 with them, absorbed a R15 000 bill for a SIM (Vodacom sent the alert to the SIM, not the primary number), and when I changed packages this year lost the 1000 minutes I'd accrued, despite being ASSURED that they would carry over!
They are prepared to lose a 15yr customer who spends an average R3 000pm, over a dispute of R5k odd... where THEY ARE AT FAULT!
