I have been sent from pillar to post since december to try sort out my account... End of November 2012 I had a 2gb Bundle activated on my cellular account... My autopage brance contacted me to let me know that it is ready to be used... I then proceeded to use my device as per normal with no further communication from either party re my connectivity... I have very poor signal in my area and thus battle to download any information off the internet in general in my area so as a result I have to reload everything 3-4 times before it becomes visible on the webpage... Imagine my shock when in january I got a cellphone bill from mtn for the amount of R25 000!!! Ever since then it has been an absolute nightmare to resolve this issue between the two parties as They have already reconsiled the account with a credit of only R12 000... That left me with a bill of R13 000 since according to them I have gone over my allocated 2gb bundle with a further 2gb... As I did not get any warning from my provider as to this fact and did not get any service to cut my surfing off when my bundle was depleted they are now making my liable for the fact that they did not provide me for the service i didnt!!
