MWEB Uncapped not as advertised

I've been an MWEB customer for a while now, and suddenly my internet gets throttled down to less than 10kb/s. At first, I thought something was wrong with my line or equipment, but after moving to a new service provider, everything is back to normal.

MWEB is quick to take their money, but then they do not deliver on their promises. Well, good riddance to bad service. I urge anyone thinking about an ISP to give MWEB a miss.
