Failure to Port my numbe

I ported a pre-paid vodacom number to 8ta. It is now a week and the porting is not done yet. Everyday there is a different story to it. I can't use the phone at all. What the store says and what the call centre say is 2 different stories, the call centre also have different stories every time i phoned. Look like if nobody at 8ta know what is going on. It is always the matter is escalated, but you will hear nothing from them, only one lady phoned me today after I said I am going to refer the case to ICASA. According to them the porting will happen tonight the same as the previous 6 days, must I belief it??? If you want to port to 8ta think 2 times, if you want to sit without a phone for a week or more port it to 8ta. The customer must always phone in, with my vodacom prepaid phone and other phones costing me money. What is going on!!! Don't port to 8ta, there is other Networks. Don't think they know what they are doing. If my phone is not working tomorrow this case is going to ICASA for investigation.
