I made numerous attempts to settle this matter outside the public domain, but unfortunately I'm not receiving satisfactory feedback from the Orange Customer Care Team.

On 16/07 I placed order 37ge-5f42-1524 which was in stock and scheduled for delivery within 3 days. On 26/07 I was notified that the parcel invoice was incorrect and cannot be released by customs. I was in contact with Brieug who handled the matter very well and agreed to arrange that the parcel be returned and a refund be made to my credit card. On the same day I placed a new order 37sb-5f16-a5b6.

Since I have not received a refund and I have sent emails on 05/08 and 13/08 and spoke to the Customer Care Team about the matter.

I don't think it's good practice to withhold a refund in this situation, especially considering the fact that I immediately placed a new order. Furthermore the lack of communication is unacceptable. I was told that a refund will take 1 week. It's almost 3 weeks now and I'm not receiving any progress updates from Orange.
