Upgrate of contracts

I phoned last week Tuesday to upgrade my cell c contracts. Its already 8 days later, and nothing!!! They made me paid in a huge amount, wich i did, then they send me 2 reference numbers, empty prommisses, and. I still wait nothing happened!
