I made a BIG Mistake by purchasing a Soney Experia Phone direct from the Sony Store at Vodaword..
In June this year i Purchased a Sony Experia Go cell phone. It is small and expensive and way inferior in performance to the Samsung S3 mini but i liked the water resistance aspect of it.
From the first day i started using it there was a problem with the backlight it flashed on and off causing the already slow phone to be more irritable. I did not have the time to take it back in the first week, i figured it was under warrenty so i would take it in when i had the chance.
Last week i finally took it into Sony. To my shock, even before they would take it in i had to give a R200 deposit. This for a phone that is still under warrenty. I have NEVER EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE had to give a deposit to check out something that was still under warranty FOR ANYTHING THAT I HAVE EVER OWNED.
Then i get a Quote for R1500 to fix the unit because they say that there is visible physical damage on the outside of the phone. I am FUMING. The screen is not cracked and i have had this problem from DAY ONE.
