Trying to insure my Z10 for 6 MONTHS!!!

I am absolutely disgusted at the fact that for 6 months now I am not able to insure my cell phone. Nobody wants to transfer me to a manager nor supervisor and nobody wants to listen. Supervisors and managers is never available and nobody will lift their behind to go and look for one. Please phone back tomorrow sir and a manager or supervisor might be available. Is this how you treat loyal clients that has been using you since you started as a service provider?
