On 7 August 2013 I bought Telkom Media's 20GB LTE Home Office package online. The router was delivered and I have been struggling since then. Firstly I have been to two 8ta/Telkom Media outlets (Sunninghill and Sandton City) already without much joy as staff there could not help me set up the router. I do not even want to mention the time and money I have spent on lengthy phone calls to their 081 183/081 180!!

After all the frustrations the router is still not working at all and nobody seems to know what is wrong with it. I am certain that come month end they will raid my bank account even though they know very well that their contraption does not work
