Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am highly appalled by what has happened with your organisation. My family and I are in the middle of a very disturbing case due to your organisation. My cousin who is in a mental institution has been receiving calls on behalf of Vodacom to pay for a contract under her name which was taken out whilst she was in a mental hospital where she is and has been for a very long time. She was asked to provide an affidavit by the incompetent none thinking robots at the call centre, whose deaf mentality and failure to solve problems outside the template provided at the the call centre has brought much pain for our family, wasting time, money and realising that we are dealing with individuals who are not empowered in thought processes, service and plain simple logic.

1. Rules and regulation fro mental illness in this country require that the patients ID is taken away from them
2. She is not allowed to leave the premises
3. We are looking at a legal abusive case against all organisations involved as any relapse caused by this is on you and VVM company

I look forward to hearing from you with a solution. I will not deal with another call centre agent.
