It all started Monday 7 October... Simple upgrade - TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE... 3 DAYS on the telephone. Recharged battery 3 times - just being on the phone to VODACOM... Their aftercare (Tato tried helping with a conference call) was disasterous... Tabiso should not be allowed to speak to the public - does not know how to put out a fire... (I guess it is not in the book of words she works from) - Unable to use her own initiative. If it were not for TATO, I think I would have been committed to a mental institute...

Problem - simple migration from Topup 200 (tried to cancell -3 times) to Smart M - still not sorted by Wednesday. Went to Vodaworld to the Service park - dealt with HERMAN... within 10 mins my problem sorted.

Tato... Thank you for your undiluted commitment to me over the past three days. Your continual follow up. Your courage under fire was exemplary - thank you thank you thank you... Herman... YOU ARE A STAR - your calmness REALLY MADE MY DAY...

Oh and by the way, the two ladies at reception - the one at Vodaworld and Dineao at the Service Park - Wow... you are a credit to Vodacom... thank you...
