Why sell me something that never works!?

I have called the call centre on 3 consecutive nights to try fix my faulty 4G connection - admittedly, the agents were friendly but could never assist. I found I was performing random silly tasks and restarting my computer multiple times without any succes.

I then went into the customer service centre to replace the modem. This is the latest state of the art 4G modem that I am told does not work. It was replaced and the new modem also does not work!!

There was another gentleman in the centre complaining about the same problems of being unable to connect to the internet.

Vodacom are happy to charge very high rates for the products but the services themselves do not work. I paid for 4G/LTE connection yet I am told it is down for two weeks. So I cant use what I paid for and I cant even use an inferior network because i repeatedly receive modems that do not work!

Very disappointed
