I have handed in my galaxy S3 for repairs after it died from sudden death syndrome. I received it back today telling me it is B.E.R and can't be fixed due to liquid damage. That is always the easy way out for Vodacom. If the technician did the effort of reading up on sudden death syndrome he would have understood. Now I'm told sorry we can't fix it, not even with a 2 year guarantee. Samsung said if you received these type of phones they will swop it out with a new one. I got my old one back and a "sorry" can't do anything for you. IS THIS HOW SAMSUNG REPRESENT THEIR PRODUCTS!
