Misleading Clients

When we signed up for the Telkom Simple we were advised by the agent that all setup and installation costs will be included and there were no additional charges. For the last 2 months we have received bills of R900 and R1600 with no explainations and we just advised to pay it.

This is disgusting service from Telkom and I would like to cancel this entire contract
