I got a call from Telkom about their uncapped package, i was happy with what they were offering and signed up.
I called the contact centre for help with my Wi Fi and that was fine, i asked the agent if this was an uncapped, package and he advised that it was a 5 gig package.
I have been calling Telkom from 30 Nov to 1 December 2013. Not a single agent could help with the migration i have spoken to 4 agents, I'm using my cell phone to resolve a mistake by Telkom and my phone bill will be high because of Telkoms incompetence.
I will cancel my service if this is not resolved by the 2nd of December and take up a service with a company that can deliver on what was agreed on. UNCAPPED NOT 5 GIGGS!!!
I was also advised that i would be running a 2 meg line and Dodo Sete advised that i was on a one meg line, yet again Telkom is showing their incompetence.

I hope my matter gets resolved soon.
