Cell C responds but does not react efficiently

I placed a complaint here on the 2nd of May. Got one of the standard responses from the prepared cut & paste list of "TK"(is that a name?) which informed me as follows:

Please avail the answers to the below via email [Email Removed], so we can escalate the matter on your behalf and ensure it is actioned accordingly. The technical team will be able to decipher the cause.

Do you have internet, voice issues or does both services fail to work properly on your device?
Does this issue happen at specific times or all the time?

Is there 3G/HSDPA coverage?
When did these issues start?
Is there any other references to your request?
What Type of device (handset, speed-stick, tablet)?
Device Model Name?
Contact Details?
Number of affected SIM?

And then... the typical dead silence. I am expected to follow up. I am fed up. They have what seems like 10 departments and my complaint has to go through each one while they buy time. I want a refund for my bundles and nothing else. I want cell C to process my refund.
