CANNOT CONNNECT TO INTERNET FOR 4 DAYS

I logged a call with Cell C call centre on the 19th January as I suddenly cannot access the web. The call centre person confirmed that I have sufficient data and that he will log a call with the techinal team to call No one contacted me to date.
