Two issues: 1.) Extremely high latency and lag spikes during times most people use (and would want to use) internet, i.e. 16-21 PM and weekends. The fact that latency is low and stable outside peak times seems to indicate that this is not a signal problem but infrastructure that is inadequate for normal / common hours of utilization. 2.) Regular (3-5 times per evening) problems were the Vodacom Huawei dongle randomly disconnects which occasionally requires a system reboot. I've searched the web hoping that this would be a problem with my computer which I could then remedy, but found forums dedicated to this problem without any explanation, never mind solution. Speaking with technical support, one gets varied answers, among which buying an antenna from a third party (which seems like a dubious solution to my issues) or even being told that I don't pay enough!?
