I was promised that my phone will be repaired and ready for collection last week already, ONCE AGAIN It was a, it seems like Cell C employees do not work hand in hand with each other and its like every department works off completely different systems. An employee from the repair centre called me and explained that its either I accept the quote of R600 or pay a fee of a R100 for cancelling the quote. WHAT nonsense is that... MY PHONE WAS UNDER A WARRANTY!!! I cannot begin to express how angry I am with the service and the fact that you people LIE. Sandros an employee from Cell C assured me all will be sorted after I put up a compliment in good faith that I will have my phone... I can no longer get ahold of him, I have sent 3 e-mails to which he has NOT RESPONDED TO ANY. Is this HOW YOU VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS??? I want my phone sorted immediately, as I have waited for to long (OVER A MONTH) and you also expect me to pay R150 for a sim swap... REALLY!!! the first time I have a serious problem and you people give me so much of grief, I have been to the store in east rand mall about 6 times... this is my time, petrol and a whole lot of inconvenience... some honest feedback
