I have being waiting for over a month for a Samsung tv to be delivered to me. the person at the mtn store, Brendan, who signed my contract hadn't completed his job and so I've being waiting for this tv. I went to the mtn store today and saw the manager. her stupid answer to me was that they are out of stock of tv's since the 31 July. I signed my upgrade on the 9th July and was promised that I would have it delivered within 14 days. so why must I wait? no stock, but I ordered it while there was stock, which means I shouldn't have to wait any longer. and if there isn't stock that means my form was only submitted after the 31 July. I've tried to sort this out with numerous different people from mtn, but it seems that they don't communicate with each other. this is really ridiculous. I've never received such disappointing and terrible service in my life. there are 3 more contracts that are due for upgrade on the same name. guess what, I will not be upgrading with mtn. and I hope this will discourage others from signing with mtn. I hope the people responsible will be dealt with. I have contacted the consumer acts right and I am waiting for there advice on how I can terminate the co
