Waiting for upgrade phone for 3 weeks

On 3 July 2013 i requested a black Iphone 5 64GB. i was told that they do not have stock. the lady assured me they were getting stock within the next 2 days and she would call me once they have. From the 7th to the 12th July 2013 i was out of the country in Malawi with roaming activated and no call was received.
I went in again on the 13th July 2013 to follow up as phoning is just a frustration. the story was the same that there is no stock and the next person whoever it was would call me back, which again did not happen. I called on the 23rd July 2013 and spoke to Jean-Pierre and was told they had received stock of the phone in question but he could not tell me if mine was one of them. He again took my name and number to call me back, which again did not happen. I was there again today to be told that there are no phones. Jean-Pierre then confirmed that he did not say that there was stock on the 23rd?? My name and number has been taken once more in the hope that i can get my upgrade. the service and follow up is pathetic. i work in the service industry and if any of these people worked for my company they would not last a week!

Very Dissapointed and Frustrated!
