Firstly I'd like to thank Hello Peter for assisting us in changing names/ transfer of ownership through Vodacom, if it wasnt for this site id still be struggling, HOWEVER, when the transfer of ownership was finally done after 5yrs the consultant neglected to inform us that there would be a charge for the transfer of ownership. I do not think it it is fair at all that I should pay R131.58 for my and another R131.58 for my daughters contract when I wasn't even informed until I received my statement and queried why it was suddenly so high!! The telephone consultant that I spoke to today informed me that there was R150 subscription fee per contract, does this then mean that our contracts are brand new? If this is the case NONE of this was communicated to us. Very unprofessional!!!

Very poor service again!!!
