I Hello Petered Vodacom due to over billing me and not capping my mobile phone contract the week before last after receiving a bill for R1200.00 on a contract usually costing R399.00. I soon after was contacted by Vodacom who were kind enough to provide me with a discount of R500.00 considering the error on their side with this phone bill, naturally I was impressed by this initially. But wait, there's MORE! After this 'resolution' was discussed, I was informed that despite my contract being capped (two weeks ago, Friday in store at Clearwater) that I can expect yet another bill valued at R1300.00! After 12 years as a Vodacom customer, I can honestly say I am jumping ship to a new service provider. Completely disappointed with the lack of interest and ethics when abiding to contractual agreements with their clients.
