STILL no phone!?!?!?!

I have now been waiting 2 and a half months for my phone to repaired (see previous Hello Peter report)!!! I was contact and assured I would receive my phone by Friday 9th August. Still NO phone!!! I am utterly disgusted at your service and AM GOING to give notice to cancel my contract with you ASAP! Shocking!
