How long should I wait till I get my phone back?

If you want to wait till you are old and grey to get any service upgrade your contract with Altech Autopage. I have no patience left, my phone has been booked since the 15th of Dec 2012 and till date I have not received it. I was told I will get it latest on the 21 of Jan but Alas, I still sit without my phone and on top of that I have to follow up myself to get feedback. if you cant fix my phone cancel the contract or give me a new phone for crying out loud. I have heard enough of my bad report on hello peter about Autopage. i think its time for more actions as my cries have felt on deaf ears.
