MTN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Currently having three cellphone contracts with MTN. Two of the contracts expired in June 2013 and gave 30 days cancellation notification for one contract as was requested by MTN. Unfortunately a wrong number, which is my main number was cancelled this morning (12 August 2013) after the 30 days notice. I have called MTN at around 08h00 this morning informing them of the mistake and to urgently re-activate the number/contract which was erroneously cancelled.

The worst thing ever which is incomprehensible, its now 14h09 and the mistake is still not yet corrected and is impacting negatively on me. I have been making follow-up calls with MTN using another service providers' cellphone (I cannot even phone their call centre using the cancelled number) and still no success or feedback from MTN.

After all my frustrations being transferred from one department to the other, the worst was when I was communicating to Mr. Nhlanhla in legal department who put a cherry on top by hanging up on me. What is so sad is that I have been running this contract with MTN for so many years un-interrupted and this is what I get in return?
