Incorrect amount billed

I have just received my statement this morning for an amount of R431.10, can someone please make me understand what is this amount for. I have a top up contract of R299.00 per month and this for R431.10 is not the amount I am going to pay at the end of August so just rectify this mistake and send me the correct statement.
