I went to MTN Braamfontein to claim insurance and was advised to go to Westgate, when I got to Westgate I was advised to visit Protea Gardens Mall and when I got to Protea Gardens I was given contact numbers. Did I really have to go through all this for contact numbers. It has been two weeks now trying to contact MTN claims with no response for more than an hour listening to the IVR sound.
