Missing goods

I went to the Clicks Protea Gardens on Saturday the 7th to purchase my cosmetics. I spend about R350.00 at the till and when i got to the door the security alarm went off. The security guard and the Revlon make up lady took the goods and checked for the untagged goods. After the checks i was allowed to leave. To my shock when i got home my Brown Essence gloss was missing. The gloss cost me R25.00 an d am not sure if the gloss was taken out in error or intentional. I need my gloss back or my R25.00 back please. Its not the first time the alarm went off on me at this store, please sort this out as its embarrassing and annoying. Am willing to go back to Protea Gardens to collect either my gloss or my money.
