Cards not at branch as promissed

Good day

My credit and garage cards expired 1.2013, I send Standard bank and email inquiring where they are as I have not received a letter from the post office or a call from them to let me know where they are.

Kedibone Molefe responded by saying they send them to Protea Gardens, I asked why was I not phoned to be informed or asked where I want the cards to be delivered, she said when she tracked the cards they showed that they were delivered in Protea Garden and they confirmed that thy where there.

I went to Protea Gardens and gave them the track numbers, the lady that helped me she did not have a name tack said they did not have them at their branch and those track numbers were not in their branch.

For me that is an inconvenience for me as I stay in Bramfischer and Dobsonville branch was the nearest for me.

I wasted my time and Petrol to go to Protea Gardens which is way out for me.

I'm appalled by the service and inconvenienced caused and sorry does not cut if for me Standard Bank, I want my cards to be delivered at Dobsonville branch before the end of the week as I need to use them
