AND INSTALLATION WAS PROMISED TO BE DONE BY MIDAY TODAY ITS IN THE AFTERNOON 16:26PM NO INSTALLATION DONE.
I CALLED THE NUMBER 0119807088 SPOKE TO TSHEPANG AND SHE TOLD ME THERE WAS NO STOCK AND I REQUESTED FOR A MANAGER AND SHE SAID THERE WAS NONE
AVAILABLE AND IAM A PAYING CUSTOMER FOR THE MATTER AND THIS IS BAD SERVICE RENDERED THERE WAS NO EMPHATHY FROM HER SIDE ASKED FOR A NUMBER WHERE
I CAN CALL A TECHNICIAN WHO HAS BEEN ASSISGNED AND SHE SAID SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE OUT THE NUMBERS, I WANT THE INSTALLATION DONE TODAY AS A MATTER OF URGENCY
