No service at a 'SERVICE CENTRE'

I have had samsung tablet 3 for a month and after being advised I could take the handset for an assement. I did exactly that only to spend the day driving around looking for a service centre as my nearest franchise could not assist as I got the handset via mtn direct and NO ONE BOTHERED TO INFORM ME. I eventually found one at Protea Gardens but to my disgust I GOT NO SERVICE AT ALL!!! I was "assisted" by Ronald Maluka who could not answer my questions and advised only a manager could assist with my query to my suprise the manager Lerato Mokgopa was no were to be found and i was told to come back Monday... now please tell me why a manager at service centre is not present during a freaken weekend and leaves incompetent staff to assist clients??? Why would I need to produce a box to have a PHONE assessed, how does a box form part of the warranty??? clearly cancelling is mission impossible with you but it seems there is nothing you can do right if I am battling to get this stupid device replaced!!! I will NEVER do business with you EVER again, THANK YOU FOR WAISTING MY TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY GETTING A CONTACT WITH YOU WAS THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!
