I am writing on behalf of my son who is in Scotland. He took out a data contract which expired end Nov 2012. He cancelled on the 10th of July 2012 by phoning 084145 (WELL IN ADVANCE) Cancellation was confirmed by myself yet they continued charging him after Nov 2012 untill April 2013. The amount in question is R879.58 I have spent over R40.00 on phone calls visited Cell C in Gateway 5 times for about an hour a time but to no avail. I have been at it for a few months. They intentionally use diversion tactics to frustrate you hoping you will give up. The staff are ill equipped to handle this and do not have authority to make decisions. I have nemerous case nos to back my complaint up the last being Ref 0847000591 case 1007120000282798 I have provided bank statements to [Email Removed] real terms this is the equivalent of in a subtle way.
