I bought a laptop on contract from Vodacom Hemingways (East London) on 22/06/13. I paid all fees, and it was agreed upon that it will take up to 3 working days for the laptop to arrive, and then to be sent to PEP Graaff-Reinet. Vodacom was to contact me with a reference number when the laptop arrives in store in EL, before they send it to Grt. After more then a week of Vodacom silence I phone them only to find out they have sent it to PEP Grt already and then PEP sent it back because nobody came to claim it. Then the vodacom employee puts me in contact with his manager who tells me the laptop has been and is still in EL all this time and they were waiting for a modem. So by this time I'm dizzy with confusion and. So after I give them a bit of my mind, we agree that the next morning they will send me the ref. nr, because the missing modem is now there. 2 days later guess who has to phone who (LOL). Now I find out they have sent the laptop to PEP (without giving me any notice/ref nr). I finally get the elusive ref. nr. and I relay it to the receiving party. I don't know if it's idiocy/ lack of care, but can you please clear up the LACK OF CARE @ VODACARE
