Another week, and more lack of signal

I thought last week I would give time, I mean, I had received a sms saying a field techy will investigate.. that is something right? Well apparently not, either he cannot even walk to my area within 2 weeks... or is locked up somewhere, since I cannot imagine why it would take so long to sort out after I get the sms saying he will investigate. This really is the worst company I have ever known, I will be posting these reports weekly (as often as I can) till I either get some resolution beyond a hello peter message "we will investigate sorry for the problem" or some like that.

Mainly this will be to warn people hopefully not to make same mistake!
Stay away from Cell C! They, and they will not help. Their help is like the signal, they say its there... but its not!
