Signal/bad service - JUST TIRED OF BEING A NUMBER!

Cell C technicians came out on the 20th September to investigate the signal issues in my area, which was a month and a week ago. This was after numerous complaints and emails. I received a response on the 11 October 2013.

I find it extremely frustrating that I am told to put my phone on GSM and still get missed calls. As established there isn't anything wrong with my phone and I find it unacceptable that nothing has been done with regards to the signal problem. In August I was told there was an upgrade happening, now im told I have to wait until November for another upgrade???

I refuse to be just another number, I pay my bill on time, why shouldn't I be given the service?

The technician told me I could be given a booster, that didn't happen, instead i received an email telling me of their upgrades. he told me he would contact me immediately, yet I waited 3 weeks for an email? Unacceptable!

Cell C has made their problem MINE!

Its rather disgusting how a customer is treated, imagine if i neglected to pay my bill, because my business is suffering due to the calls that are dropped or the internet that cant be accessed??
