Waiting 2 weeks for a repair on a line

My neighbour cut down a tree, which fell on my line. I have reported this to Telkom 1 Aug 2013. Every time it is the same story, they will send a technician and nobody ever arrives. Erick phoned me Thursday, whilst I was on the road and promised me he will be here first thing Monday morning, it is 10:00 and not a peep.
