Its been a week since incedent was reported

It's now been 10 days since incident was reported. Mtn called me on Monday and lady told me she could not help me with my problem case would be escalated. Have received no feedback at all since then. I am being billed R 850 .00 per month but still have to purchase all my airtime and data bundles separately. Paying R 850.00 for absolutely all!!!
