I took a data contract with CellC in February this year, it worked well for the first 2 months, but after that I haven't been able to use at home (where I need it the most). I reported the problem, they worked on it and it came right for a few weeks and it failed again. I reported again and was told to log a network fault because there's congestion in my area, which i did, but since then haven' t seen any improvement (over 2 months now). I'm paying full subscription every month, while I'm not getting good service. I'm fordieting my data bundles every month not by choice but poor service in my area.
