3rd complaint. No response. Pathetic service

On 31 July I posted a complaint, some Sidefree guy called and asked what the problem was, I explained, he hung up and I never heard from this useless excuse for a service provider ever again, I have been to the centurion branch twice where 2 gentlemen tried their utmost to help me and they were great but the problem is not there, it's bigger than just settings. My cellphone (Samsung Galaxy S4) only works when I'm standing within metres of a Cell C store or when I have 100% signal (Which is Never), 99% signal does not work, 50% signal does not work either, only 100%??? Seriously??? I just want to be able to use my phone PLEASE. I have had new settings installed twice now, this has not helped, I'm missing phone calls, cannot access the internet to do my studies and am using a old Vodacom Simcard in a usb modem just to get my tasks uploaded. I cannot imagine being happy with you guys unless something drastic changes. I have over 20 screen-dumps of the failures which will be published shortly on your twitter and Facebook pages along with copies of my two complaints.
