Ref my complaints of 26/3/13 and 2/4/13 your Ref 3042900135.
Cell C /TK responded on the 27/3/13 to my complaint that I would be contacted bySisa straight away, after waiting a week I recieved no call at all, on the 3/4/13 the Excuse was Sisa was sick and off for a week.
Cell C /TK responded on the 3/4/13 the problem has been forwarded to a higher authority and I would get a call back the same day, nothing happened no call,
How many more promises do I get before someone at Cell C calls me to discuss the problem.
All functions on my BlackBerry work problem is it won't pick up signal, Cell C service says its water damaged which is nonsense, the phone has had signal problems since I got it,
We are not a water damaged phone does not work at all.
Please contact me Cell C TK as promised.
