Very dissapointed in service

I handed in my phone about a month ago for repairs, the screen was not working. MTN sent me a sms to say that the reparations has been completed, I contacted MTN and said that I will make payment at the end of the month as I was on holiday and not in Bloemfontein at the moment. I then paid the reparations and was told that I would get my phone the same day or the next day as the reparations was made in Bloemfontein and it would be sent by courier to the store, I then made arrangements to leave Bloemfontein to go to appointments in the Western cape and I needed an app on the phone to do inspections at properties. I called them on the day and the next and was told that my phone was not at the store, but will definitely be there the next day, this did not happen and all they could tell me that it is out of their hands. What is so unexceptable is that if something is sent by courier, the courier company has to give a indication as to when the product will arrive and keeping in mind it is sent from one place to another in the same city. I called again today and still no phone has arrived! I am VERY dissatisfied with MTN, next time I would not use this supplier!!!
